ETDZ Site:
● Over 1 million square feet well-established manufacture site.
● Located far away from residential area and neighbors a large petroleum refinery and only two miles away from Dalian ocean shipping port, the largest port in Northeast China.
● Ten standardized chemical manufacture buildings for large scale manufacture.
● Two pilot plants and multifunctional workshops for kilograms to a few metric tons.
● More manufacture buildings are to be built on the site.
● All workshops are equipped with modern manufacture equipments and DCS control systems.
● The reactors and accessory equipments are in variety of sizes and materials of construction, including stainless steel, glass-lined, nickel-lined, titanium-lined, Hastelloy-lined and polytetrafluoroethylene-lined.
● Waste water bio-treatment system that purifies 1000 metric tons per day.
Zhuanghe Site:
This manufacture site is currently under construction.
In order to meet needs of fast expansion of company businesses, We are constructing a new manufacture site in Zhuanghe, located about 80 miles from city of Dalian. The new site covers 5 million square feet land. This new manufacture base will be divided into three isolated manufacture areas. One for pharmaceutical chemicals that is in comply with cGMP, one for specialty fine chemicals and the other for agriculture chemicals.
